Fixing Systems

HAZ Metal produces and supplies a wide range of different products for back anchoring in concrete. These include the HMPR anchor channels in hot- and cold-rolled finish, hammer head screws, wall connection technology and trapezoidal sheet fastening rails HAZ-TU.
Suitable accessories to complement all products also available in different material qualities.

Framing Channels

HAZ mounting rails, along with a wide range of accessories, are used in the construction of steel structures for quick and easy fixings to provide a flexible and convenient application. HAZ Metal offers mounting and perforated rails in many different material qualities and, of course, with the right accessories.

Brickwork Supports

FIX brickwork support systems are used for safe and easy anchoring of facing brickwork. Single brackets, continues l angles and supports are just as much a part of the product portfolio as special components that are planned by the technical department on request.

Precast Panel Anchors

The HAZ-PA façade panel anchors, due to their sophisticated design, are easy and reliable to install and are very flexible for use.
By using the right accessories the system makes even the most complex fixing situations easy and quick to install. For special solutions, our technical department with solution suggestions is available.

Natural Stone Anchoring Systems

Natural stone facades are constructed with fastening systems made of stainless steel. As a result, even heavy stone slabs are safely and effectively attached to a load-bearing rear construction. HAZ Metal offers a wide range of different anchor and dowel systems that meet every requirement quickly and easily.

Dowel / Bolt Anchor

Dowels and anchor bolts are used to fasten components to load-bearing surfaces.
There are many types of anchors that can be used to mount devices on a variety of substrates.
HAZ METAL will gladly advise you on the selection of the right anchor.

Produktion

HAZ has about 10,000 square meters of closed production halls equipped with more than 100 workstations. The monthly production capacity is about 500 tons. Over the years, production techniques and methods have been improved to achieve higher quality and higher productivity.
Today, HAZ Metal uses modern technologies in the production of fastening systems to meet the growing demands of the industry.

Technical Approval

Many of our products are harmonized according to CEN regulations and tested and approved in accordance with the ETA / EOTA guidelines.
Test and Certificate of Conformity are also available.

HAZ Metal gladly assumes the responsibility for the quality of the offered products and services and has therefore introduced a well thought-out quality management system, which is certified according to ISO 9001.
The company also has ISO 14001 environmental certification and a certified OHSAS 18001 health and safety review.
