Since 1993 HAZ Metal has been developing and producing sophisticated fixing solutions in the field of facades and has always had high technical know-how and modern technologies for the production of a comprehensive product portfolio.

Various materials and grades are available for the production of the aforementioned product areas. Among others, the grades stainless steel A2 (1.4301), stainless steel A4 (1.4401 / 1.4571), duplex (1.4462) or galvanized steel (S235JR) can be offered.

In order to be able to cope with special project conditions, it is sometimes necessary to develop special solutions or to adapt our own products according to the requirements. Of course, attention is paid to a standard-compliant approach and consistently high quality.

Quality Standards

HAZ Metal is guided by the current EN, DIN and ASTM standards for the manufacture of all products and uses modern machinery and effective production methods during production.

In addition, each production step is controlled by experienced employees of the company's own quality management department and compared with the specified specifications.

Thanks to this approach, the production site in Iskenderun as well as the production in Wertheim were awarded the ISO 1090 certificate. In addition, there is regular external monitoring by the IFBT.

The preservation of the high quality of materials and the further development of the QM system is an integral part of the daily work in the sites.
